2021.10.24 06:09 Automatic_Rule3200 (Beginner) Questions regarding game art workflow (3D)
Im pretty new to game art and been only using/learning blender for around 5 months now and im loving it!
When i look at these amazing pieces of art on artstation i usually see that theres substance painter and unreal engine involved in the finished product.
If i want to strive for achiving the same results, should i try learning these programs at the same time as blender? Or should i do one at a time, and if so in what order?

2021.10.24 06:09 WonderfulSlice2 Should WS tell his ex he cheated on her too???
My WS has had EA's basically our whole relationship. He also had them when he was with his ex. His ex believed he was the love of her life and occasionally is in contact. She doesn't know he cheated on her. Do you think she deserves to know? I wouldn't be telling her, I think he should. She has been hung up on him since they broke up 2 years ago.
Am I wrong if I ask him to tell her or should I let sleeping dogs lie? Personally, I would want to know.

2021.10.24 06:09 h1tseven 🐶ShibaDash is killing it, Applied on CoinGecko with Fast Tracking! 💎 6% Shiba Rewards 🔥 (LP Locked for 1 Year) HUGE Growth Potential 💰
Highlights: Applied on CoinGecko listing with fast tracking (24Hours), Launching Poocoin & facebook ADS very soon. That’s huge for a token with only 50k Market Cap, are we ready for a 50-100x? That depends on the effect of CoinGecko listing, but we really believe that a 100x is very easy for this token.
🔴 We are the best thing to happen to rewards tokens to date. We see ourselves as a long-term project and plan to work extraordinarily hard to deliver for our holders. Based on our project $ShibaDash rewards will be awarded in $SHIB. Therefore if you simply hold tokens 6% of rewards will be allotted in $SHIB
🔴 Here at $ShibaDash, our goal is simple. We want to truly reward our holders. Most other reward tokens give out small rewards and they don’t really make it worthwhile to hold their token. We want to change all that. We’ve been working incredibly hard to find creative ways to make the best rewards token we possibly can. So here’s what we’re doing to change the game.
🔴 Now on top of all this we also have a really neat buy-back staking feature we’re going to be implementing at launch. After every buy and sell, 2% of the transaction is sent to a wallet. This wallet keeps building, then at a desired amount, we stake the holdings of the wallet. After staking is finished we use these funds to purchase $ShibaDash in times of low volume or during dips. Then these tokens are reflected back to our holders. That is three separate ways we reward you for buying and being a loyal holder.
🔥 Coming in the following months after launch, we plan to release our own re-loadable crypto credit card! From our Rewards Hub, you will be able to choose the card as an option and the instantly have your rewards sent to the card in a usable currency. You will be able to make purchases anywhere that a regular credit card would be accepted.
🔥 So surely you don’t want to miss out on our up coming presale, this is one true gem of a project. Be sure to join our telegram group and follow us on twitter for all the latest information!
🔥 Marketing Plan 🔥
💰We will have a large marketing push at this point and advertise EVERYWHERE, we aleready have a huge budged collected from external investors. Once we get some holders and some volume flowing, we are planning to apply on CoinGecko and we will have great exposure there. We have plans for billboards, websites, online literature website, and buy votes for every crypto charting and ranking platforms. After a successful push we hope to have roughly High active members in our Telegram group. 💪
💎 Tokenomics 💎
6% Base Rewards This amount gets gets sent right back to our holders in the form of user-chosen rewards.
2% Liquidity This amount gets sent right to our Liquidity Pool
2% For Marketing These funds will be used for future marketing endeavours, such as billboards, online ads, AMA's, and giveaways.
1% For Future Development We have big plans here at ShibaDash rewards. The future plans for furthering our project is going to cost us money. These funds are strictly used to development the project further.
2% Staking Buy-Back These are the funds that get staked, then used as a buyback function, then the bought tokens get reflected back to holders.

2021.10.24 06:09 BLANKManhwa Story arcs
So I want to make a story arc where the protagonist faces different difficulties in an arc and new enemies are revealed (not just the protag but side characters). I want all the story arcs to fit in the story like a puzzle and not just make them completely different from each other. Like the second arc happened because of the first arc and the third happened because of the second.
Different examples of good story arcs is probably JJK and tokyo revengers. (I know there are more popular story arcs but these are the ones I've recently watched)
What I like about tokyo revengers is that the side characters are not there just for the mc but to contribute something to the entire story and shape puri mc. Moreover the story flows perfectly after one arc and the other.
The thing about my mc is that he is powerful, (and there are two of them) so I don't know what to do to make the story interesting while it would not seem like MCs can defeat the problem in a single chapter. I also want to make the side characters interesting.
Any advice guys??

T3 a 300k Euribor -0.5% Spread 1% Mensalidade: ~650€
Como é que a Euribor iria afectar esta mensalidade e qual a relação com o mercado?

2021.10.24 06:09 Prosampleresume How Do You Write An amazing CV with NO experience?
How Do You Write An amazing CV with NO experience? How do you write an amazing CV with NO experience? How can students make their CV attract employer’s attention? If you wish to learn how to create a strong CV for students with no experience, then keep on reading!
Hi guys! I am Deepak and welcome back to my blog. I am going to teach you how to write a great CV with no experience. I will also share a free CV Template with you that you can download completely free at the end of my blog.
Make sure you read till the end so you can find out how you can do it. If you just finished school, college or university you might be wondering, how can I impress employers even though I don’t have any work experience?
Well luckily for you, I have helped numerous students create very strong attractive CVs and I will teach you today as well.
There are many ways to show employers that you are a suitable candidate even though you don’t have any work experience.
For example, you can show that you have transferable skills, amazing personal qualities, strong education and also personal achievements. So let me show you how to do it in next steps.
You may also read: Perfect Job Search Tips And Tricks For Beginners
Step 1: Clear Structure and Format Step 1 to writing a great CV with no experience is having a very clear structure and format. You should use the same font throughout the whole document, the size of the text should be 10.5 – 11.5, and you should use the same style and structure.
Your CV if you don’t have any work experience should not exceed 1 page. Having a very clear structure, enough divisions and spaces between sections are super important.
I don’t recommend using any tables or pictures or graphs and do save your document in MS Word format. Same it as ‘Name Surname – CV’ format.
Again I want to highlight how it is important to have your documents structured professionally and have a very consistent style.
Make sure all your dates and places are all in the same format and you use bold text when needed. Basically, anyone who looks at your CV without even reading the text should get the feeling that you are a great professional.

Step 2: Add Personal Details Step 2 to create a strong CV without work experience is having a Personal Details Section. You could be a bit creative how you create this section, as you can see in my fictional CV example I have created a blue line to highlight personal details, I have also used different icons for email, telephone number and address.
Obviously everyone is going to include personal details, but you have to make sure that your email is professional. I recommend using name.surname@gmail or hotmail style.
You don’t have to put your full address in your CV, actually it is your personal information you should be careful how you share it. You could just include street name or just city and country.
Step 3: Add LinkedIn Profile Also do include your LinkedIn Profile link. I recommend customizing to just your name so it looks very professional and neat in your CV. The next step to creating an amazing CV with no experience is having a profile section.
A profile section is 3-4 strong sentences that best describe you professionally. I recommend including what course you are studying and at which university and also highlight your best qualities and skills.
For example my fictional character here has highlighted that she has volunteering experience and also that she is a great communicator.
You could also add your language skills, your programming skills or any other technical knowledge you might have.
I always give advice that you should finish with your career goals. So finish your personal statement with a sentence what kind of career you wish to pursue and what roles interest you. Before we continue to next steps, let me know whether you LIKE this blog so far and also let me know in the comments what you are going to put in your profile section.

Step 4: Add Education Section Ok, now to Step 4 to creating a student CV with no experience is having a very strong Education Section. Basically you have to sell your degree! At this section, do state clearly which qualification you are studying towards and which qualifications you already got.
I recommend including a predicted grade and also if your degree is relevant to the job you are applying for then do include key modules and subjects.
Also, you can include your dissertation topic if it is somehow relevant to the position you are applying to.
Another thing you can include is any awards or scholarships or grants that you have received while studying your degree.
It is also important to add A-level, GCSEs, IB or IGCSE results because a lot of employers screen for this information. I recommend putting what kind of subject you have studied and also the grade in brackets.
In the education section, you could also include any relevant skills that you have acquired that could be transferred to a potential job.
For example, you could say that you developed communication skills when presenting a paper to a class, or you could say that you developed strong research skills when you were creating your dissertation.
In any case, I am sure your degree has given you some skills that you can apply to your job even though your degree is not relevant to the position you are applying to.
Step 5: Add Volunteering Experiences Ok, education is an important chunk of your CV but so is the next step, step number 5 to creating an amazing CV with no experience is having volunteering, position of responsibility, or work experience section.
Wasn’t this supposed to be a video about a CV with no experience? Well, let me explain! For this section, you need to treat all your work experience or position of responsibility or any extracurricular activities as a job.
So basically, my fictional character has volunteered at a dog’s charity, and obviously if you have been a student at university for three years you should have done something outside your course, and if you haven’t already there is still time!
So I am sure you will have something to put in that section, it doesn’t have to be a job, but it could be a part-time job or even babysitting, it’s just something to show that you can take responsibility.
For example in my CV, I said that Anne has been a volunteer at Saves the Dogs Charity and have clearly stated the dates, the charity name and her position.
Here, under her position, I have listed exactly what she has done at the charity. I give unique details, information about her responsibilities, and also notice that I gave an exact amount of money that she has raised for charity.
So in two-three bullet points, you should mention exactly what you have done at your position of responsibility, it is also a good idea to also add unique results that you have achieved, for example in numbers or percentages.
As you can see you didn’t have to work in an office job, to show that you have taken responsibility, that you are a great leader, and that you can achieve results.
You may also read: 5 Resume Mistakes To Avoid To Get into a Job Interview
Step 6: Add Achievement Section Step number 6 to creating an amazing student CV is having an achievement section. And you are going to tell me, Deepak, I don’t have any work experience, which achievement I can show?
Well, good news for you, it doesn’t have to be a professional achievement, it is any type of achievement that is going to impress employers! For example in my CV I have mentioned that she has been a Treasurer at Economics Society, she has been a Deputy Girl and she is also a winner of Economics Essay Competition.
When you are adding achievement, make sure you add things like location, date, name of competition or name of a position.
It is going to make it sound way more professional. Another example of achievement could be running a marathon, or having a best mark in class or being a part of art exhibition.
Think about it! I am sure throughout your life you have achieved something that is going to be very impressive to another person.
Step 7: Add Additional Skills Section To creating an amazing student CV is having an additional skills section. That’s where you can show any extra skills you are capable of.
Any skills that are going to be relevant to the job, yes make sure you add them, but also you can include any skills that are showing how unique you are and also that can demonstrate that you can learn and adapt.
For example, in my CV I have mentioned language skills, and I have also included at which level each language is spoken.
I have also mentioned that she is proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have also added video editing skills, it might not be relevant to the job she is applying for, but think about it!
It shows that she is able to learn difficult software, so it shows that she is capable, perhaps it is also a hint that she is interested in video production that makes her unique and interesting.
You could also add things like driving license if it’s going to be relevant to the job or you could add things like sign language or social media management, basically anything that sounds professional for a CV!
Step 8: Add Interests and Hobbies To write a student CV without any work experience is having a hobbies & interests section.
In this section, you show that you are interesting, that you have a personality and that you are unique. Remember, that actual people, not robots are going to read your CV!
Actually, maybe your future colleagues or your boss is reading it, so you need to give them something to remember you by!
But it is not the place to put generic words like cooking, running, watching movies. That is not going to help, that is actually going to put people off your CV, that is just too generic and does not give any new information.
Everyone likes to watch movies and sometimes go for a run. So you need to give actual achievements, or details or how you have developed your hobby, for example, Anne likes to run, but I gave unique details about how she has pursued her hobby, she has actually completed marathons and I gave half-marathon details on the CV.
This definitely going to spark a conversation and also will show that she has perseverance. If you need any professional help with your CV writing then check out my website!
