Hi there! I'm 25 years old and when I was a teenager I could drink 12 cans of cola or 6 cups of coffee in a day without any problems. I was heavily hooked on it and never thought twice about the ramifications it could have.
But I have been dealing with some shitty health problems lately. What made me quit caffeine was actually my sprained neck muscle - every time I would drink anything with caffeine, even green tea, it would cramp up and hurt like hell. Without caffeine, it is mostly dormant. I did research and discovered that although caffeine is hyped up in the mainstream media for it's health benefits, it can actually be very very bad for soft tissue injuries and can prolong their healing in many people. It can really dehydrate your muscles and cause them to tense up.
I have been caffeine free for over 2 months now and I am loving how healthy I am starting to feel again. I haven't felt this comfortable in my skin in months! Not only is my muscle sprain much more manageable, but my ganglion cysts in my foot are starting to shrink and I can feel my toes again, and my fibrocystic breasts no longer swell up and I can wear bras again. I did research on this aspect too. It turns out that while this hasn't exactly been proven by medical science yet, anecdotally many people have struggled with caffeine making their cysts worse often enough that doctors sometimes recommend to try to cut down on it and see if it helps. Who would've thought!
I do really miss some caffeinated beverages, especially tea and soda, but if it's not good for me, it's not good for me. I have potentially avoided several surgeries for my cysts and my muscle simply by quitting the drug that was making them exponentially more swollen and painful. Whenever I get a craving, I think about how much my neck would hurt or my cysts would swell up and the craving turns into repulsion immediately.
Has anyone else had a medical health problem that significantly improved once they quit caffeine? I had no idea caffeine could have such a harsh toll on your body until I completely quit and noticed how much better I felt. I almost feel like a new person.

Just a corporate rant.
Today was another shitty day of my infinite shitty corporate days I have been living through. How do you deal with assholes at work?
I know it's a never-ending rant for most of us or maybe just me.
TL,DR: A colleague thinks I work less because I leave workplace early than him(he stays awake through nights sometimes). He has workload. He wants to drop some load on me, but I'm in conflict. I'm working with hands perfectly filled. I don't want extra work to mess up my schedule. I hate staying back or working late. This dude will somehow mess my career. The way he taunts me, I think he's gonna do something. how do you deal with such assholes?
Long story: So I'm a fresher working in a big MNC company. I'm not an employee, I was a trainee & now I work as a contract employee.
I want to work only during the work hours & want to give the rest of the day to myself. I want to live my life in peace & learn whatever I'm curious about. But work hasn't been allowing it. Until few months ago, I was overloaded with work which made me stay back at work everyday. But later I brushed away some work & learnt to leave workplace on time. If there was work left, I would do it the next day no matter if it's urgent or whatever. Now I'm feeling a bit better bcz of leaving early.
Suddenly one of the employee(Mr.A) in my team calls me and says I need to support in his work. He says this even though he already has a helping hand(Mr.B). He thinks he has shit load of work. he & his helping hand stay back till night everyday. Both A & B want me to help them in their work.
But as I said, I don't like accepting work which will take a toll on my personal time & health. Today Mr.B asked me for help with his work, but I said I can't help as of now bcz I have too much work today. This dude goes to main person Mr.A and says same shit what I said. So now when I was near Mr.A for some random work, he weirdly&like a neighbour aunty, taunts me of my busy schedule. He thinks I do nothing compared to him.
Maybe I might be doing less, but I do what I do & I'm fine with it. Mr.A is suddenly acting weird as if he's gonna do something about me not helping him.

I just did a playthrough to get these trophies and went for the restart the starseed ending as I needed that one as well. Doing this ending will NOT give you the achievements. While this isn't the worst thing in hardcore mode as you can just reload and do the other, I lost my chance at the speedrun trophy due to the extra 3-5 minutes that doing both endings tagged on. Not sure if it's just a bug or intentional, but be careful!
