2022.01.27 23:18 ExNihilo616_ Just ran the numbers on my collection and I’m quite stunned
I have been collecting since beginning of 2020 and I have roughly 40 omni’s and four I’m waiting to pull the trigger on. I’ve spent around $3632 and if I go thru with the four it’ll be $3955. I love this hobby and comics but damn looking at these figures can be somewhat brutal! I decided I’ll share my list and purchase price among my fellow collectors.
(Ik I went above and beyond for Hickman’s Avengers, but I read them and absolutely loved them so ¯_(ツ)_/¯ )
Edit I know Wolverine HC and FF complete collections aren’t omnibus but they’re on my shelf so I threw them on

2022.01.27 23:18 Lereas [PRIMAL MEAL PLAN] for week of 30JAN2022
And it's almost already February. Completely bonkers.
I hope that everyone has been healthy and safe as much as possible, and anyone who has had COVID recently has recovered quickly with nothing ongoing, and anyone who has it now has a fast recovery.
If you're still not vaccinated, there is no time that is too late; even if you've already had it, they've shown also being vaccinated can help you from being reinfected or from having a bad case if you happen to be reinfected still.
Vinegar-Braised Chicken and Onions - I put in about double the suggested pancetta...but that's just me!
Cauliflower-Goat Cheese Casserole - This originally also called for AP flour, but use whichever kind of flour you want.
Zucchini-Potato Casserole - Really simple. You can use any kind of potato, but yukon gold have a specific texture that works really well here vs a russett or another option.

Ingredients 1 4 pound beef bottom round roast 1/4 cup butter 1 tablespoon rosemary 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the roast in an oven safe skillet. Combine butter, rosemary and minced garlic. Spread the mixture by hand over the roast covering as much as you can.
Place the roast in the oven, close the oven door and reduce the temperature to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roast for 7 minutes per pound and then turn the oven off completely (keeping the oven door closed).
After 1 hour, turn the oven on to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature of your roast reaches your desired temperature (rare, medium, etc).

Ingredients 2 pounds cipolline or pearl onions Kosher salt 3 tablespoons olive oil 8 ounces pancetta (Italian bacon), cut into 1/4-inch pieces 4 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed 5 pounds skin-on bone-in chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, and/or legs; breasts halved crosswise) Freshly ground black pepper 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1/2 cup golden raisins 2 bay leaves
Cook onions in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, 5-8 minutes. Drain and let cool. Trim root ends; peel.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large heavy pot over medium heat. Add pancetta to pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until fat is rendered and pancetta is brown, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer pancetta to a large bowl.
Add onions to same pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown, 8-10 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Transfer onions and garlic to bowl with pancetta.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Working in batches, add chicken to pot skin side down and cook, turning, until browned on all sides, 10-15 minutes per batch; transfer to bowl with onions.
Carefully drain fat from pot and return to medium-high heat. Add both vinegars to pot and bring to a boil, stirring and scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pot. Add broth, raisins, bay leaves, and reserved chicken, pancetta, onions, and garlic to pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, partially covered, until chicken is fork-tender, 35-40 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken and onions to a large platter. Skim fat from cooking liquid and discard. Remove bay leaves, and season sauce with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over chicken and onions.

2022.01.27 23:18 anivaries So i played against this Aegis' snatcher
Here is his profile.. One would say he snatches aegis every so often that it may be sus
So i was bored after finishing that game and wanted to check his POV and maybe learn a thing or two. First thing i learned is that you need to be patient. Maybe this one was lucky? Kinda looked like he blinked in too soon. I guess he had to work on his snatching game for this match.
Second thing is that you need REALLY BIG MONITOR to see everything that's going on in the game. For example when he duels, his giga brain makes him super aware of his surroundings. And of course these migraine causing camera movements
Third thing, always know where is your enemy!! This one is super important, you need 6th and 7th sense for this one. Or some maphack i figure (pay attention to minimap). Although he could see only Ember and SB porting throughout the whole game.. so i think he is still working on his 6th and 7th sense to see where every enemy is porting. Or maybe it was replay bug? /shrug
As the game went on and on his snatching game improved, and it put a smile on my face knowing it improved rapidly. Here you can see his whole journey on how to snatch aegis, cheese and aghanim scepter. Some people can blame me and say it was average prediction. Obvious Dire would go roshan right now, so it would be stupid to not smoke in that exact moment and even fake not knowing Dire is doing roshan!, 5/10
And for the end here is something silly that happened in the game Choo choo
Of course thanks to Valve report system i couldn't report him through the client but have to do all these shenanigans

2022.01.27 23:18 qylar Problem with 2 Step Verification SOS
I think my account got compromised. I was playing my PS4 when I got booted from my Remote Play because I was "signing on to a different PlayStation." I only own a PS4. This happened two more times and now I can't access my PSN on any device because the 2SV won't let me pass. I do not remember setting up a 2SV so I have no backup codes or the authenticator app, whatever that is. I got an email about setting it up yesterday (which I only found after the fact). Cherry on top? Our family Netflix account had a flagged user logging in from an iPhone - Our family has always been an Android family, none of us have ever owned an iPhone. So how fucked am I? Playstation Support only has a chatbot and the only number you can call needs a Support ID from the chatbot is not recognizing my email address/online ID. So, again, how fucked am I?

2022.01.27 23:18 Ok_Championship1218 I’m not bonding with new cat, neither is my resident cat, tips?
Hi! I have had my resident cat (1yo) since he was 1 week old - we are incredibly bonded in that I feel attune to how he feels and what he wants. He is a high energy cat and wanted to play all the time, so I decided to get him a friend to play with. The other boy (9mo) is incredibly friendly, well behaved, affectionate, but no matter what I cant seem to feel anything towards him. My resident cat and the new cat barely ever acknowledge each other, they play together sometimes but the new cat usually stops playing and walks away. I play with both daily and they both sleep with me but even after he’s been here for a month, he just doesn’t seem to fit into the household as both my cat and I are not bonded to him.
I’m starting to really doubt that this was the right decision, and I know it sounds really terrible to want to give him back, but I really can’t seem to feel a bond or a connection with him at all similar to the ones I’ve felt for my other cats/dogs. I feel so guilty, and I know maybe it’ll take some time, but it’s really starting to weigh on me a lot that I don’t feel anything towards him. Has anyone else experienced this?

2022.01.27 23:18 Nimble_Neighbor728 Sewing your own table linens vs buying vs renting?
My mom loves fabrics and insists sewing table linens will be better quality/price. I can even start to picture my mom slaving away at this and actually think it’ll be 3x more expensive. I love her, but I really don’t see a world where it’s worthwhile however she says online tablecloths are cheap/see through. I’m ready to put in an order online (tablecloth factory or linen tablecloths?) before things go further.
Should I brace myself for them being see through? What material have you ordered online? Would it be worth it to rent at this point? I just want plain white cloths.
